Dexter Drive South Master Bath Remodel

‚ÄčOur clients wanted to remove the humungous spa tub, find a way to increase the shower (36 x 36) and update the look, feel and function of their dated bathroom. Our solution set included moving the toilet (formerly next to the vanity, into the old shower stall area. We took out the spa tub, created a much larger shower with a Corian seat, and a smaller neo-angle corner soaking tub. We also added electric radiant floor heating, some snazzy new tile, and a dark walnut vanity w/ quartz top and undermount skinks. Last but not least, we installed outlets inside the new medicine cabinets so toothbrushes and other appliances could be charged out of sight.

“I live in a small condo with pass through between kitchen and living room. Shep created island out of small pass through that seats four and installed under cabinet lighting as well as overhead lighting. He thought of every detail, including installing beaded board around island, which not only prevents scuff marks but adds character. He really cares about his work and it shows.” — Eileen Collins, Basking Ridge
